How does The Beverage Box work?
It's simple. You pick a box—beer, spirits, or wine. We carefully curate it with a blend of familiar favourites and hidden gem craft producers. We deliver it to your door. You enjoy the discovery. No subscriptions, no commitment.
Can I choose what's in my box?
The surprise is part of the fun! But we design every box with balance in mind—trusted classics alongside exciting new finds. You can let us know your preferences and we'll curate the box around your tastes. If you have serious allergies or aversions, just drop us a note before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate.
How often do you release new boxes?
We rotate our selection regularly based on seasonal releases, new partnerships, and customer feedback. Follow us on social media or join our newsletter to be the first to know when a new box drops.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Ireland. We're working on expanding to other regions—sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is €5.00 on all orders. Orders over €99 ship free.
How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2-3 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do I need to be home to receive my order?
Yes. All alcohol deliveries require an adult signature (18+) at the time of delivery. If you're not home, the carrier will leave a card and you can reschedule or pick up from a local depot.
What happens if I'm not 18?
We take age verification seriously. By ordering from The Beverage Box, you confirm you are over 18. The person receiving and signing for the delivery must also be over 18 and will be asked to show ID if they appear under 25. If no eligible recipient is available, the delivery will not be completed. For this reason we can not deliver to PO boxes, a physical street address is required.

Where do you source your products?
We partner directly with distilleries, breweries, and wineries, as well as trusted distributors. Every product in our boxes is authentic, properly sourced, and handled with care.
Can my brand be featured?

Pricing & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
Is it secure?
Absolutely. Our payment processing is fully encrypted and compliant with all security standards. We never store your payment details on our servers.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
If you're interested in corporate gifting or ordering multiple boxes for an event, contact us at info@thebeveragebox.ie and we'll put together a custom quote.
Returns & Refunds
What if a bottle arrives damaged?
This is rare—we pack everything with care—but if something arrives broken or leaking, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What if I don't like something in my box?
Taste is personal, and we respect that. And in fact we guarantee there will be an item you don't like. While we can't accept returns on alcohol products due to health and safety regulations, we carefully select every item with quality and broad appeal in mind. If you have serious concerns, reach out—we're reasonable people.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly to get them to you faster. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately and we'll do our best—but we can't guarantee changes once an order has entered the shipping process.
